Zega Mahber is volunteer-run organization managed by a central board of five members.
- Each board member is called a Captain and is responsible for a Group. Groups are divided into teams. Teams are a network of contributors (members) that provide the funding base for ZM. Members are assigned into teams based on regional residence and relationship to team leaders and captains.
- Members contribute $10 a month to support the mission of Zega Mahber.
- Funds are collected using “Network Contribution Structure“ which is based upon the multilevel marketing model where members pass on their contributions to their assigned group leaders within the structure (see diagram below). This is to ensure trust and privacy of contributors as well as share responsibility across the contributor base.

- Level 3: Contributors
Further levels may be added per the need and growth of the organization.
*All members in all levels of membership are expected to contribute.
Board structure and member assignments:
- 1 Director
- 2 Finance officers
- 1 Communications Officer
- 1 Secretary
3 independent controllers shall be added to the organization to oversee the board’s activities.
Additional appointments as assigned by agreement. Contributors are encouraged to volunteer and share their expertise and ideas as they see fit.
